Project manager of full range of municipal projects, including sewer
interceptors, water trunk lines, and distribution systems; water storage projects, storm
sewer projects, streets, curb and gutter, lift stations, and wastewater treatment plans.
Contract officer for many Environmental Projection Agency grants. Totally familiar with
EPA guidelines, rules, and regulations. Prepared many facility plans for major cities such
as Fargo, Bismarck, Dickinson, and Minot, North Dakota Project manager and contract
officer for large airport projects, including air-carrier runways, taxiways, ramps, and
drainage, as well as general aviation expansions. Familiar with all FAA design criteria
and regulations. Wrote many studies, including water system analysis, using computer
simulation of entire system.
