Project manager of full range of municipal projects, including sewer interceptors, water trunk lines, and distribution systems; water storage projects, storm sewer projects, streets, curb and gutter, lift stations, and wastewater treatment plans. Contract officer for many Environmental Projection Agency grants. Totally familiar with EPA guidelines, rules, and regulations. Prepared many facility plans for major cities such as Fargo, Bismarck, Dickinson, and Minot, North Dakota Project manager and contract officer for large airport projects, including air-carrier runways, taxiways, ramps, and drainage, as well as general aviation expansions. Familiar with all FAA design criteria and regulations. Wrote many studies, including water system analysis, using computer simulation of entire system.

Ulteig Engineers, Inc., Fargo, North Dakota 1974-1976. Project engineer for water and sewer projects, streets, and curb and gutter projects. Design engineer on large lagoon project and outfall line. Project inspector on concrete runway overlay project.

North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota, 1966-1974. Instructor and assistant professor of civil engineering. Taught courses in surveying, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, open-channel flow structures, statistics, and timber design.
