Education:

MSCE  North Dakota State University, 1980
BSCE   North Dakota State University, 1976

Frank Peloubet is a member of the ASCE, APWA, Fargo-Moorhead Engineers Club, and the Order of  the Engineer. He is also a member of Tau Beta Pi and Phi Kappa Phi societies.

Frank, senior lecturer, teaches on contract basis or when substituting for another professor as a guest lecturer.

Frank has engineering work experience as superintendent of municipal wastewater and storm water utilities, staff engineer with engineering consulting firms, and environmental engineer with state environmental regulatory agency.

He is a senior lecturer with the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction at NDSU and is manager/transportation engineer with the North Dakota Local Technical Assistance Program Transportation Technology Transfer Center.

Research Interests Include:

  • Transportation and Environmental Engineering

  • Workforce development for local transportation agencies.

  • Research implantation for local transportation agencies. 

  • Information resources for local transportation agencies.

  • Technical assistance for local transportation agencies.
